5SS have been inspired by local artist, Nicky Stevenson. We used her seaside artwork to create our own. After sketching our backgrounds and animals; experimenting with colour, contrast and shade; we moved on to produce our final piece. Some of us used watercolours whilst others chose pastels (which were very messy). Nicky sent us videos to help us with our ideas and use of colour.
