Bear Hunt.
The children have loved learning about the story ‘We’re going on a bear hunt’ this week. We have acted out the story, made wanted bear posters and even went on a bear hunt!
Halloween.
In Reception, we have been learning all about Halloween. We investigated pumpkins and seeds, and then made yummy pumpkin cakes. We even went on a spooky trick-or-treat walk around school!
Dinosaurs.
We have been learning about dinosaurs in Reception this week. Some of the children found a dinosaur tooth, which got us thinking about which dinosaur it came from. We learned about how some dinosaurs eat plants, and some even eat other dinosaurs!
