Actor Clive Pig came to visit Year 3!
In Year 3 we had our hook morning. We will be learning about the ‘Stone Age’ this half term and therefore enjoyed learning lots of facts from our visitor Clive Pig.
We learnt about how they lived, how they hunted for food, what they wore and how they survived the bears and beasts. We looked at weapons and tools used and how these changed and progressed through the Iron Age.
We were then given the chance to explore and create stories of our own using facts we had learnt and had a go at acting them out.
We are very excited about our new theme and look forward to learning lots of interesting facts, creating Stone Age art and the way they used to live.
