Kings Ash Academy is governed by Bay Education Trust. Governance Structure link
Kings Ash Academy is part of a Multi Academy trust, Bay Education Trust (BET) which was formed in December 2014. The other two schools in the trust are Paignton Community and Sports Academy and Curledge Street Academy.
The academies are all situated in Paignton and are within walking distance of each other.
The Chief Executive Officer of the Trust is Jane English, who is also the Principal of PCSA. The chair of the Trust is Dr Sara Livesey, who is also chair of the Local Advisory Group for PCSA.
