The Academy offers many and varied clubs during and after school.  If your child is interested in joining one of the clubs, the form below should be completed with details of the clubs your child would like to attend.

We have a safeguarding duty of care for your child at after school clubs so we request that you notify us in advance if your child is unable to attend a club so that we can update the register and not have to contact you to check their whereabouts
